Eternal Healing Sanctuaries (EHS) operates as a spiritually guided sanctuary organization, grounded in love, alignment, and sacred stewardship.


Our structure ensures both spiritual integrity and legal clarity—allowing us to create and protect sanctuaries around the world while honoring the natural laws of the Earth and the legal frameworks of the regions in which we live.


Two Core Structures


🌿 Eternal Healing Sanctuaries (Spiritual Entity)


  • Formed in alignment with U.S. spiritual protections under IRC 508(c)(1)(A)
  • Holds the foundational doctrine, frequency, and mission
  • Supports Sanctuary Keepers through sacred documents, spiritual guidance, and energetic structure
  • Receives donations, tithes, and offerings in support of the Sanctuary Network

🌀 EHS Nonprofit LLC (Operational Arm)


  • Handles all external-facing activities including products, logistics, real estate, and communications
  • Provides financial and material support to the Sanctuary Network
  • Remains legally distinct to ensure the sanctuary structure remains protected and energetically sovereign

  • Maintain clarity and integrity in how sanctuaries are formed, supported, and sustained
  • Offer transparent guidance to others who feel called to align and activate their own sacred space


🌍 Global Sanctuary Considerations


Eternal Healing Sanctuaries is rooted in the U.S., but its mission and network are global.


While our founding structure is based on U.S. spiritual protections, international Sanctuary Keepers are fully welcome.
We provide guidance and documents for alignment, but each Sanctuary Keeper is responsible for complying with the laws of their own country or region.


This is not a hierarchy.


This is not an institution.


This is a living structure that supports spiritual alignment, sacred land stewardship, and community care—one sanctuary at a time.
